Choose a habit you can describe clearly
Open Islamic Habits in the tracker and add a habit with a name and description. Make the name specific enough that you know what you mean when it is time to record it.
A habit might be a short reading session or time to review a dua you are learning. Choose a manageable action that fits your circumstances; the app records your plan rather than prescribing a religious obligation.
Connect it with selected prayers
Choose which prayers the habit is associated with. You can link it to selected prayers or use the all-prayers option when that fits the routine you want to build.
The connection gives you a familiar point in the day to return to the habit. Linking a task to a prayer in the app does not establish a religiously prescribed time or reward for that task.
Record activity and learn from the pattern
Use the tracker’s habit controls to record activity and review the available progress views. A record is most useful when it reflects what you actually did rather than the routine you wish you had completed.
Prayer and habit activity can appear together in the tracker experience. Keep the distinction clear: completing a habit and completing a prayer are separate entries, even when the routine connects them.

Edit a habit’s description or prayer associations when you need a better fit. The habit list also includes an active switch, so you can change which habits you are currently using.
Review backup choices before clearing app data or moving phones. Personal tracker records can matter over time, and a completed backup is different from a list that exists only on your current device.

Before you begin.

Can I link a habit to one prayer?
Yes. The habit model supports selected prayers as well as an all-prayers option.
Does the app prescribe these habits as religious duties?
No. They are personal routine and tracking tools. A prayer association in the app is not a ruling about a task’s time or religious status.
