Everyday Muslim · Quran memorization
Give your Quran memorization a steady rhythm.
Practice a manageable passage, listen again and keep a record of what you have learned. Everyday Muslim connects its memorization tools with the Quran reader and your progress.
- Memorization practice
- Audio & review controls
- Ayah & surah records

Work with a passage you can return to
Open the Quran memorization section and choose the surah or passage you want to practice. Keep the selection small enough to review carefully, then revisit it before adding more.
The dedicated memorization view and settings help you organize that practice. Use a reliable teacher or reciter for pronunciation and recitation guidance rather than relying on a progress marker alone.
Use listening as part of review
The Quran features include reciter selection and audio controls, with memorization settings for practice. Listen closely, repeat the passage and try recalling it before checking the text again.
Audio availability depends on the reciter and what is downloaded. Prepare the files you need when you have a connection, then test playback before planning an offline practice session.
Record memorized ayahs and surahs
Mark the material you have memorized and review the lists of memorized ayahs and surahs. Those records make it easier to see where to return for revision.
The app records what you mark. It does not use an automated recitation test to certify accuracy, and finishing a list is different from retaining it over time. Let your revision routine guide what you mark.
Keep hifz and reading goals distinct
Memorization and completing a reading of the Quran are related but different goals. Use a khatam plan when you want a daily reading portion, and keep a separate, realistic pace for memorization.
